West Sussex, UK - November 2005 – FIBRENETIX, leading European storage systems manufacturer, announces the appointment of Iain Pickthall to the newly created position of Vice President of EMEA Sales.

The appointment is part of the ongoing expansion of Fibrenetix global sales operations. Jes Nagel, Fibrenetix CEO said; "Iain's valuable storage sales background and international experience make him the right choice to grow and manage Fibrenetix sales team and customer base. We are pleased to have him on board."  Nagel continued; “It’s important that as we continue to grow we maintain our high standard of customer support. I have full confidence that Iain will not only ensure this happens, but will also develop other value added incentives for our partners.”

Pickthall joins Fibrenetix after 12 years with JMR as head of European Sales and brings more than 25 years of sales and management experience in the industry. He will be responsible for Fibrenetix EMEA sales organisation, which includes a team of four European Sales Managers and an indirect channel that includes value-added solution resellers in more than 20 countries in the EMEA region.  He will be based at Fibrenetix UK headquarters.
